I had a wonderful stay at the Schweizerhof. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The newly decorated rooms were cozy and warm. I loved the convenience of being able to rent skis and purchase ski passes directly at the hotel. The free cakes and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. The staff were great, always greeting me with a smile. I had a nice journey and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Zermatt, just a short walk from the main station. It offers easy access to all the attractions and is close to everything you might need. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, with stunning views overlooking the Matterhorn mountain. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfasts are delicious and offer great value, with a good spread to choose from. The hotel also has a spa area with swimming pool, saunas, and treatment rooms for relaxation.
Some guests mentioned that the room could be a bit too warm at night, but opening the window to let the fresh mountain air cool the room solved this issue.

We were very impressed with this hotel. its location is fantastic – just a short walk from the train station. Secondly, the service here is top-notch; the staff were so helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. And lastly, the facilities are outstanding, with an amazing spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. We were also pleased with the room amenities, which included tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a lovely terrace.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone – it really is that good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and ski station for the slopes. It made it convenient to get around, whether it was exploring the city or heading up to the mountains. The hotel facilities were great, with a 5-star pool and spa that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable suite we stayed in. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
